How to use a card sort activity

If you’re not familiar with what a card sort activity is, it is a simple way for children to practice and review various concepts. Cards are manipulated through sorting, into different categories or pairs, for example. Card sort activities can be worked on independently or with a partner, can be reused, are typically self-checking, and are applicable to just about every curricular area.
